What to include

Your TickRiver version and Windows version.
The steps that led to the problem and what you expected to happen.
The full error message, or a screenshot with private details removed.
For an AI connection problem, the client's name and the status from AI connections.

Startup and unexpected-error logs are stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%\TickRiver\logs. Share the relevant error text if it helps explain the problem. You do not need to send your time-tracking database.
