A game library can be spread across Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, Microsoft Store packages, and ordinary desktop installers. Looking at Program Files one folder at a time is a poor way to compare them.
Start with installed applications
Scan the drive and look at the largest installed applications in SizeTrend's Overview pane. SizeTrend measures registered Windows desktop and Microsoft Store applications, along with Steam and Epic Games titles. This gives you one size-oriented list even when the launchers use different library folders.
Expand a title when it has more than one measured location. A game may have a main installation, shared launcher data, downloadable content, or another registered folder on the same drive.
Use Uninstall or Manage, not the Delete key
For Steam and Epic titles, SizeTrend hands the action back to the launcher. Registered desktop and Store applications use their normal uninstall or management path. When the Xbox app is installed, the Games command can open the Xbox library.
Deleting a game directory by hand can leave registry entries, launcher manifests, services, anti-cheat components, and shared files behind. It can also make the launcher download the same data again because it no longer knows what happened.
Check recordings as well as installed games
Windows Game Bar and GPU recording tools can quietly accumulate large video files. These recordings may be under Videos or another configured capture folder, not inside the game library.
SizeTrend lists game and screen recordings as personal files for review by size and date. They are not treated as cache. Watch or identify a recording before removing it, especially if it is the only copy.
If the launcher reports a different size
A launcher's displayed size may be an estimate, a download size, or the size of only the main content. SizeTrend reports the allocated space it can measure in the registered locations on the scanned drive. Updates, shader data, mods, saved games, and shared runtime components can make the numbers differ.
Use the scan to find the physical folders, then make the removal decision in the launcher. If you want to keep the game, Steam, Epic, and Xbox may be able to move it to another library or drive without downloading it again.
Compare the libraries before uninstalling anything.
