You must have a sound card with a microphone installed; speakers or headphones for the voice playback are recommended.

Outlook Voice Recorder requires Microsoft Outlook 2000/2002 installed on your system, it does not work with Outlook 97/98 or Outlook Express.

After downloading OutVoice.exe, make sure Outlook is not running. Run OutVoice.exe. After the installation is complete, run Outlook.
